Creative Movement class 


1 hour Preschool, Kindergarten & 1st grade TAP/BALLET combo classes meet once a week from September to June. They take 1/2 hour of each subject. The cost is $48 per month. Pink Ballet shoes and black patent Tap shoes are needed. They perform 2 routines in the end of year recital. The costume fee is $80, tights are $8, recital T is $15.


1 and 1/2 hour 2nd grade-3rd grade TAP/BALLET/JAZZ combo classes meet once a week from September to June. They take a 1/2 hour of each subject. The cost is $58 per month. Pink Ballet, black patent Tap and black Jazz shoes are needed. They perform 3 routines in the end of year recital. The costume fee is $150, tights are $8, recital T is $15.


1 and 1/2 hour 4th grade and up TAP/JAZZ/LYRIC combo classes meet once a week from September to June. They take 1/2 hour of each subject. The cost is $58 per month. They perform 3 routines in the end of year recital. The costume fee is $150, tights are $10, recital T is $15.


2 hour TAP/LYRIC/JAZZ/HIP HOP combo classes meet once a week from September to June. They take 1/2 hour of each subject. Classes are divided by age and ability. Tan Tap shoes, tan Lyric sandals, black Hip Hop sneakers and tan or black Jazz shoes are needed. The cost is $78 per month. They perform 4 routines in the end of year recital. The costume fee is $200, tights are $10, recital T is $15.


Dance Teams are by audition only and meet once a week from September to June and twice a week during the summer.

Duxbury Dance Shoppe's schedule runs September-June. We conclude the season with a recital the end of May or beginning of June. Costumes are needed for the show. They are divided up and added to monthly tuition September to December.

 Duxbury Dance Shoppe


Joanne Ruprecht has been teaching and choreographing at the Duxbury Dance Shoppe since September of 2006. She is a member of the Greater Brockton Dance Teacher's Association as well as the Dance Teacher's Club of Boston.

Nicole Zapolski has been dancing for 40 years. As a child she took classes at a local dance studio for 15 years. She is a Brockton High School graduate where she was a member of the half-time dance squad and drama club. Nicole majored in dance at Dean College where she received an Associates Degree of the Arts. After college she began teaching for numerous local dance studios. In the summer of 1999 she purchased the Duxbury Dance Shoppe where she had been teaching and choreographing for five years. Nicole is a member of the Greater Brockton Dance Teacher's Association. She has been a member since 1994 and is the current treasurer.
